Senior Associate | McR Private, Wills, Estates and Trusts

Esterina is an Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates Law and has practised exclusively in this area since her admission. She is a Senior Associate in the Estates team at McR Private, working across estate, trust and succession planning for private clients (including HNW and UHNW individuals, families and family offices), complex estate administration, and estate-related litigation and dispute resolution. She has also advised on unique succession issues to assist with legislative reform.

She is a member of the Law Society of NSW Elder Law, Capacity & Succession Committee, Chair of the STEP Australia National Newsletter Committee, co-founder of the STEP NSW Emerging Professionals Network, and a full member of the international Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Esterina draws on her specialised experience to support clients with empathy and authenticity, guiding them through estate administration and litigation while achieving their planning goals. She collaborates closely with accountants, financial advisers, wealth managers and colleagues across McR Private to ensure clients’ interests are comprehensively looked after.
