With over 15 years’ experience in family law, Dora combines legal expertise with empathy and cultural understanding at the mediation table.

She began her career in boutique family law firms in Brisbane, focusing on high-conflict parenting and complex property matters, before moving to the community sector in 2018 to assist vulnerable clients, including those facing family violence.

From 2022 to 2025, Dora served as a Judicial Registrar of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, managing property and parenting cases and conducting numerous mediations involving complex risk issues.

Now in private practice, she draws on this experience to help families reach practical outcomes without litigation. A nationally accredited Mediator, Parenting Coordinator and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, Dora’s approach is calm, trauma-informed and solution-focused.
